Missing Photos?

If you ordered photos for multiple children and notice some photos are missing, please check all of your children’s packages first. Sometimes photos for multiple children are combined into one package. If, after checking, you still have missing items, please refer to FAQ #10. Thank you!

Did not receive your digital download?

Please check your junk folder, as the download links will be sent to the email address you used when placing your order.

Please note: Group photos are not sold as digital downloads. This is due to copyright rules and privacy for other children in the group. For this reason, the group photo is only available as a physical print. If the image is needed for a website, program, or similar purpose, I can provide a digital copy with my watermark. The original file cannot be provided for personal use.
